I'm just another "Andres", that's why people call me "Diaz". My engineering friends call me "Garfield", my parents call me Felipe when they get mad at me, but at the end of the day I'm just another Andres.
i'm a filmmaker, active student of Social Communication-Journalism and visionary apprentice cinematographer, trained in cinematography in an empirical way since 2021, and photography since 2020.
For me, light is a mystical and narrative unit that transforms and embellishes the construction and evolution of each story. Mastering lighting means creating a bridge between making use of the technical tools and allowing the viewer to experiment with cinematic experiences. The most important thing is to cultivate a vast and diverse experience touching all aspects of film production: screenwriting, directing, assistant directing, sound, casting, location scouting, production, camera, gaffer, even art direction. However, my real interest lies in cinematography.
